About this Talk
We will honor the creative talent of all the officially selected films in all categories, and we will present the following awards:
• The Levin Grand Prize - Best Film from the General Film Category
• The Kamen Award - Best Student Film
• The Wheaton Award - Best Local Films
Then, we will show a series of videos about cultural places in Montgomery County.
And, we will show the 3 winning films.
